How soon could I have my repair back?
TGS's skills are one of a kind and as such we do not employ anybody else to work with him in our workshop.
Because of this, and his precision, we do not offer a same day service on repairs. The only exception to this would be at our discretion. Our usual turnaround time is between 1-3 weeks dependant on the work required.
How much do you charge?
We believe that quality should not cost the earth. We do not charge more for a repair simply because the item has a higher price tag. Therefore a £30 pair of shoes would be charged the same as a £1000 pair of shoes should they both come into our workshop for the same repair. The same level of care, dedication, time and quality will be given to every repair brought into us. Our CASALI soles are fixed at £30 per pair inclusive of application and finishing.
I'm worried about sending my repair, how can you reassure me?
TGS & I understand that for some customers your items are your prized possessions and as soon as they arrive with us we treat them as such.
